We understand the importance of a healthy start to life. Having an unwell child can be highly stressful. You Nutrition Clinic has successfully improved the health outcomes of hundreds of children and young adults with a wide range of health concerns.

Our lead paediatric RNTP, Jessica, heads up You Nutrition's Kids Clinic. Jessica specialises in complex paediatric neurological conditions. Her main specialism is neurological health, with a particular focus on autism, which includes ADHD, ARFID & selective eating. She also specialises in neuroimmune conditions such as PANS/PANDAS. Jessica is the lead practitioner for our Hello World programme.

She is joined by Clare, who is a paediatric specialist RNTP and a qualified Fertility Practitioner, specialising in early life nutrition. She is also a reflux-trained practitioner, with experience supporting children with digestive discomfort, reflux and feeding-related challenges including food allergies and intolerances. Clare is the lead practitioner for our Little Seed programme.

Both Jessica and Clare are ARFID and NEDDE-trained practitioners, and as such, they are qualified to work with children presenting with ARFID (Avoidant Restrictive Food Intake Disorder), PDA (Pathological Demand Avoidance), PICA, autism, ADHD and dyslexia. They work closely alongside Kirstie to ensure that all children receive the highest standard of care and support.

'little seed'
early years support from pre-pregnancy through to toddlerhood and beyond
YK Kids 'Little Seed' programme is specifically designed to support parents from pre-conception through pregnancy, birth and beyond.

Clare, our early years specialist RNTP and qualified Fertility Practitioner, will work closely with parents-to-be to support the journey from conception to birth and through the first 1,000 days of life, ensuring that mums and dads feel confident and informed, and babies are receiving the best start possible.
Clare can work with your family to optimise the likelihood of conception and prepare you for pregnancy. She will then work on optimising nutrient status through different stages of pregnancy, ensuring that your diet and supplement regime is safe and supportive, and covering all of your needs.

Once your little seed is fully grown, Clare will support and advise you with your birth preparations, and once your bundle arrives, she will advise you on the best feeding options. As your little one starts showing signs of weaning readiness, Clare will work with your family to put in place a weaning plan that fits with your desired weaning approach, with recipes and resources to give you the confidence you need.

In addition to nutritional support, Clare will also consider your babies' gut microbiome, immune health and nutrigenomic profile to ensure that future health is protected. She will also provide support and advice for optimising the families' home environment, stress management and sleep quality.

Our team of practitioners can also offer nutritional therapy support for parents who are struggling with a variety of symptoms and/or health diagnoses. We use a whole family approach because healthy, rested, nourished parents are essential for happy, rested babies.

'hello world'

our paediatric and young adult complex needs programme for autism, neuroimmune symptoms and pans/pandas

Hello World is a structured, multi-system programme designed by Jessica in collaboration with Synergetic Botanicals to support children with complex neurological and neuro-immune presentations.

This integrative, therapeutic programme brings together nutritional therapy, targeted nutritional support, herbal medicine and homoeopathy within a clear, staged framework, allowing us to support the brain, gut and immune system together rather than addressing symptoms in isolation.

We place strong emphasis on the quality, form and synergy of the support used. Rather than using isolated nutrients alone, our formulations are designed to work together as a coordinated system, combining plant-based micronutrients, herbal extracts and homoeopathy to support how the body naturally functions, regulates and responds. This is especially important for children with complex neurological presentations, in which multiple systems are often involved, and a well-tolerated, integrated approach is needed.

,

The programme follows a phased, systems-based approach, working in stages to support the body’s ability to regulate and adapt. Each stage builds on the one before, creating a strong foundation before moving into deeper levels of support, with all care guided by experienced practitioners and tailored to your child’s individual needs and response.

The length of the programme varies depending on your child and how they respond. We do not rush the process, working at a pace that supports regulation and long-term progress. For many families, this becomes a gradual, longer-term journey as we build sustainable change over time.

We start with a 1.5-hour initial consultation to understand your child's health and life history. Regular check-ins take place every 2–4 weeks to monitor progress, adjust support and ensure your child continues to move forward in a way that feels supported and manageable.

If you feel this approach could be right for your child, we would love to support you. Please get in touch to learn more or to book an initial chat with one of our programme practitioners.

the family hub

You Nutrition Clinic believes in raising the bar. That's why, from September 2026, Clare will be launching the Parents' Nutritional First Aid Kit, an essential weekly resource for all parents, carers and family members covering month-by-month topics to support your family. They will provide you with short videos, recipes and resources to help you and your family thrive. Subscribed parents will have access to our Parents Hub, where they can discuss health concerns with our practitioners and the wider Parents' First Aid community.

Clare and Jessica will also be launching 'Little Seed Basics', our taster programme for parents who would like some guidance but aren't yet ready to commit to 1-1 consultations. These are short introductory modules that cover a broad range of topics and guide you through life stages from pre-pregnancy to pregnancy, through early years, childhood, adolescence and young adulthood. There will also be modules that cover a wide range of health topics, including gut health, brain health (including neurodivergence, mental health and wellness), immune health, metabolic health, and hormonal health. Modules will be accompanied by live Q&A sessions with our team.

The Parents' Nutritional First Aid Kit and Little Seed Basics provide general guidance but do not provide specific therapeutic diet, lifestyle and nutraceutical support. For this, regular consultations are required.
